The colored belt examination will be held on July 17 (Tir 26).
This test will be held at 10:00 at the style’s central headquarters.
Participation in this examination is open to all interested individuals.
Please note that the fee for the brown belt examination is double that of the other belt colors.
Participants are requested to arrive at the venue at least half an hour before the scheduled time to handle administrative matters or to process the issuance of their martial arts ID cards.
آزمون کمربندهای رنگی در 26 تیرماه برگزار می گردد.
حضور و شرکت در این آزمون برای کلیه علاقمندان مجاز می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حق آزمون کمربند قهوه ای دوبرابر سایر رنگهاست.
این آزمون در ساعت 10 در محل مرکزی سبک برگزار می گردد.
از علاقمندان درخواست میگردد روز آزمون حداقل نیم ساعت
زودتر برای انجام و پیگیری امور اداری و یا اخذ و انجام امور اداری صدور شناسنامه در محل آزمون حضور داشته باشند.
Colored Belt Test Requirements:
The test includes:
1) Execution of complete techniques from Yellow Belt through the final level
2) Execution of 5 combinations for each belt level
3) Mitt work
4) Heavy bag work
5) Physical conditioning: Yellow (20+ push-ups, 20+ sit-ups, 15 squats)
Orange (22+ push-ups, 22+ sit-ups, 18 squats)
Green (25+ push-ups, 25+ sit-ups, 20 squats, 1 pull-up)
Blue (35+ push-ups, 35+ sit-ups, 30 squats, 3 pull-ups)
Brown (50+ push-ups, 60+ sit-ups, 40 squats, 5 pull-ups)
6) Sparring (one-on-one and one-against-many): Optional for Yellow and Orange belts; mandatory for Green belt and above. “Master Onsori’s Code: CA854AFC3”
